This is what happens when you cross a Segway with a classic Vespa scooter…Spanish company Bel & Bel have produced this cross-breeding by grafting a Vespa-like dress onto a Segway. The device rolls silently at 12,4 mph and can climb slopes up to 20 degrees, featuring a battery range of up to 21,7 miles in a full charge.
