A PRIVATE CHAT WITH...
WHEN WAS YOUR VERY FIRST EQUESTRIAN COMPETITION?
I don’t remember it well because I have been riding since I was very young. I have a good memory of my first 5 star show last year in Saint-Tropez though. That’s where I really started riding in big shows and it was amazing, I was thrilled.
WHAT was THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR CAREER so far?
I was third in the European Junior Championships in my last year at that level. I did really well and was very happy.
WHICH GRAND PRIX WOULD YOU LIKE TO WIN?
The Aachen Grand Prix, of course! It’s one of the most difficult in the world and it would be a dream to win it one day.
WHICH HORSE IN THE FIVE-STAR CIRCUIT THRILLS YOU?
No doubt, Hermes Ryan des Hayettes!
IF YOU HAD NOT GONE INTO HORSE RIDING, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE DONE?
I can’t imagine doing something else than being a rider. I grew up in this environment and there is nothing I like more than riding.
YOU TRAVEL A LOT. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CITY?
There are a lot of cities I like, but I love Paris, so I choose Paris!
What's your favorite dish?
Pasta, I think I could eat pasta every day!
WHICH OBJECT DO YOU ALWAYS KEEP WITH YOU?
My cell phone!
WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE ATHLETE?
I really admire American athlete Simone Biles. In terms of riders, I’m impressed by Marcus Ehning, Daniel Deusser and Lorenzo de Luca, who are truly awesome.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PIECE OF MUSIC?
I like the latest hits, the ones we can listen to on the radio.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOLIDAY DESTINATION?
I loved Mauritius where I had the chance to spend a few days.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FILM?
This is a difficult question, but I would say the Hunger Games saga.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TV SHOW?
Pretty Little Liars, I’m a true fan!
HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR IDEAL SUNDAY (WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN A SHOW JUMPING)?
I like to wake up later, stay at home, watch movies, but there is always a time of the day when I go ride my horses!
WHAT IS YOUR EVERYDAY CAR? AND YOUR DREAM CAR?
I ride a Porsche Macan and it’s already a dream car to me!
